That's not bad, but still. It is a gamble. I found someone on ebay (in fact i bought their used tail lights before) that they bought these, and put them on their black KJ. I beg them to send me the pictures, but got no response... anyway, I believe they would look sweet on a red or black KJ. On their website, they show the white one, very ugly. These black ones are shot on an angle, so you don't see the clear LED lights, so if you actually look straight at them, they might look ugly. I posted about these a few months back, maybe a year ago, nobody seemed interested in them. http://jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31263 |

Does anyone know how these connect to the existing harness for the tail light? I used to have a pair or aftermarket tail's but water got in behind them and rotted out one of the little connecting blades. Fortunately, the factory lights don't use the blade that got rotted out. I'd definately do some research on a cheaper price if I knew that they don't use that extra connector blade that the factory lights don't use. |

Thanks man., Look at those lights, they look so much better than I expected. I guess the center lights up at signal. Because he only has a ring on the upper lights. My problem would be, and a big disappointment is if any one of these lights go out, and you have missing link.. Is it possible to replace the lights? We will need to reach him and ask him these questions. I guess there is no way to reach them via e-mail because it looks like cardomain doesnt allow private messages. |

LED's don't go out. They're conservatively estimated to have a 100,000 hour burn time. That equates to 11.5 years burning 24/7. |

LEDS do burn out, they project that they will last so long, but as with anything that man makes they can wear out, break etc. Had LEDS on my big truck/trailer back when I drove and replaced all of my chicken lights with them (all 159), with in a month 2 have some of the little bulbs burnt out. |

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you should do a little research on these before you get them. I had these on my truck for less than 3 days and they were completely fogged out. Just a warning before you drop 300 on a set of tail lights you'll have to end back. |

I followed our local bling bling Red KJ down the street the other evening, he has those lights and they looked real cloudy and had 2 or 3 lights out on each one. I was laughing cause this guy is such a jerk anyways , thinks his litle red KJ with 20s is better than anything else on the road! I tried talking to him one day and he said "do you have that black Liberty over there" , I said "yes I do" he responded with a "I thought so" and walked away! |

I am going to be getting these lights for free, but they are the platinum smoke kind. I already have the led third brake light in platinum smoke and I have had no problems with it!!! |

I'd like to see some pictures when you get them all on. One in the daytime and one at night with the brakes applied, if you don't mind. Thanks. |
