Anyone know if you can change the shifter knob or the ebrake in a libo..?

I have done this but it isnt easy. To get the shifter knob off you must push straight down and twist to the left. you will see obviously that it isnt threaded on there. you must use one of the aftermarket shifters that slide on and have screws to tighten it down. Problem two the shift boot is held up by the old shift knob. what i did was extend the screws in the new shift knob and pulled the over them and it looks good. I also used a shift knob that lights up. i got power from the stereos dimmer lead. The shifter i have i got at autozone.

no some guy on here has one from star tech that he swapped out-wood and chrome, looks pretty nice
