Sorry for the rush, but there is an auction ending soon on ebay. I bought a factory hitch for my Limited from a member of this site (Thanks, Bugnout!!) and have been using it this summer on the farm. Now that I am wanting it for the road, I will need to wire in the lights on the trailer. There is a new OEM harness on ebay for $50.00 ending real soon. Is this a good price? I have not looked until this minute, and would appreciate advice. OldFatGuy |

Yes, thats a very good price. The stock wiring harness is over $100 new. Just make sure shipping isnt insane. That is if its the 7pin harness. Check it out here. Jparts.com |

That is very good for a 7pin setup as mentioned. I fried a T-One harness and ended up getting a Hopkins harness to replace it that fits in like the OE harness. IMO the Hopkins is the best for those not able to get a good deal on a OE setup. (mine has been custom wired to a 7pin). URL- http://www.etrailer.com/pc-VWH~42475.htm |
