Hi all,
I came back again after long time :)

Now I want to upgrade the rear gears, what should I get? And which one is better, and do I have to get the front too?

Thanks in advance.

go to the General section and scroll down a whole write up on parts numbers, prices etc for gears. and unless you like big booms you have to do front and rear. Fronts are getting very hard to find though so hurry!!!!

Thanks for the reply, and I heard from one guy, that I must get the front or the transfer case will be seriously damage.

jsc7002:
It is great, I'll do the search for it, I don't care about the cost if it really work,

do the search for what?? :? I put everything you need right there, that is about the only place that has the front gear and rebuild, and that is the cheapest place for the rear gears that is still quality and same with the rear rebuild.

all you need to do is call and order the parts I listed

oh and then you are looking at about $500-650 to have it all installed unless you have a connection.

yes sir, everything you need, front gears, front rebuild kit, rear gears, rear rebuild kit, well I take it back you still need gear oil and dont do synthetic at first no point bc you will need to change the oil after 500 miles, and you need to take it easy for a little while for the gears to break in.

let me know if you need any help.

Dear jsc7002
I ordered the full kit for the front and rear, but it seems that the front kit is not fit in to my model, what should be the problem, the vehicle is still with the dealer, with no front gear :(

I dont know, the only thing I could think of is that you got the wrong gears, maybe they sent you a regular D30 4.10 gears. Did you order the front gears from TrailQuest?

Thanks man for your help,
No actually the man working on the reception he understood it wrong, I called the mechanist and he told that this parts will harm the transmission, so that's why he refuse to install them, but I went there and I told just install them on my responsibility and it is under process now, and will receive it Saturday.
I gave them all, the Shift Kit, and the R&P with full maintenance. it will return like a new now
