Okay.. So who should I get my kit from All J and pay like $942 shipped here for the Premium I or should I get my kit from Rock Lizard? For like less than that? I don't know what to do.. Also should I get the A-Arms when I get my lift or should I wait??

Heck, if its cheaper from rock lizard get it from him!

For that arms, thats really up to you. If you think your stock arms are ok and you need to save some $$, I would wait. If you have the extra money, why not? :D

Doesn't matter where you get it, it still originates at AllJ's.

Buy from RL if it's cheaper

Well if Rock Lizard is selling the Frankenlift is it going to come with all the stuff like the one from All J's does? Also I have the money for the A-Arms but I don't know if I should get them now or wait... I'm still getting my Gears from Joey which I should be able to pay him by next friday..

I'd save your money on the arms unless your dead set on them, and I bought my Franky through RL.
