Okay I bought a Window Regulator today for my libby from the Stealership for $80... now might I ask has anyone attempted to put this booger in themselves? I'd like to attempt this and get it working and all that. If you have pics on how to do it or know how to do it any and all help will be appreciated. BTW it's for an 05 and it's the driver's side rear..

You mean to tell me no one has ever replaced their own window regulator?? Also...how do the lock systems work? I can't open my door from the inside but I can open it from the outside..

Your child safety lock is engaged on that rear door/doors.The owners manual will tell you how to disengage them.

Ok so apparently the little bar that goes to the handle is dislodged from a plastic piece. I put it back in the piece and I went to pull the handle but still not able to open the door. I think it might be time to let Jeep look at it.. :?

I had the same problem with the door not opening, besides the fact the spring for the window was stuck through the lock opening not allowing me to open the door at all(haha) the plastic peice that the bar connects to had moved out of position for the lock to work correctly. After comparing it to the other side I finally figured out it needed to be moved(i think down or up) to catch the part that actually opened the door.
