I'm sure one of the Pro's will jump in here with the exact "Jeep" figures, but I think when the engine is warm the idle is supposed to be 650rmp give or take. And that's about exactly what mine runs at. |

| Post subject: | After +2 Bosch Plats idle is 500 to 700 rpm |
It seems that my 3.7L calmed down it's idle a bit after plugs were replaced. It slowly settles down when hot to about 500 - 550 rpm when I come to a stop for awhile. It is smoother now so maybe the two pronged Bosch plugs make a small difference. Oh, and my Sport is a manual 6 speed trans. |
