okay i have a 2006 KJ. i was wondering if i tighten my torsion bar; will it give me a little lift? if so how will that affect my jeep?

No torsion bars on the KJ. Do a search for "clevis lift", Do that and add some rear isolator pads for a cheap, easy lift of about an inch or so.
