Good-day All  ,

Ok here we go; I hope this doesn’t sound crazy but I have this uncommon modification thought and would like your input on this please.

I have a 2006 KJ Renegade and just received my Snorkel system and the K&N Intake system and also the Throttle Body Spacer. My idea is to install all three and modify the K&N intake pipe to fit on the Airbox and then install K&N filter from the inside of the Airbox and seal all the areas around. As for the Snorkel system and Throttle Body Spacer, I’ll fit as normal.

I’ll very much appreciate your recommendations or thoughts on this.

Thank you in advance

I wont repeat my post in the thread you linked, but I have never had any issues like that using K and N filters. Every car I have owned has used one, as well as my wifes cars.

You are not going to gain anything really with that setup. I would just run the snorkel, Amsoil airfilter in the stock air box, the TBS and be done.
For all of the work and cost you are not going to gain very much at all in performance or mileage trying to combine all of that
