I am having a hard time removing the lens for the map light. I was able to remove the cargo light very easy, but I worked on the map light for almost an hour and could not get it out. I did not want to break it. Does anyone have any advise on how to remove the map light. I found an older post about removing the cargo light, but not the map light. It's a 2006 Liberty. Thanks.

If its these,

you just have to use a little pressure to pry them out with a small flathead screw driver in that little indentation in the plastic.

try not to break the metal mounts on the inside...try getting the plastic off (clear where the light goes through) instead of the whole piece
