okay so i've been doing alot of tire research since i put the 2.5" DayStar lift on. I really wanted to get the BFG All Terrains but they are a little to expensive for me right now; and i need some bigger tires now. Can't stand looking at the 225 pizza cutters on there now. :ROTFL:
So i started looking at some cheaper but still really good tires. So to make a long story short I just ordered a set of 245/75/16 Good Year DuraTrac Tires.

Is anyone running this tire with the Daystar lift? or any 2.5" lift?
Is there any cutting that I'm going to have to do?
How does it handle on the road?

I know of a good few members here that run DuraTrac's and are very pleased with them. The only trimming I can think of that you may have to look at is the pinch-weld in the 2 front wheel wells. Other than that, that size should give very minimum rubbing, if any.

I'm sure people that actually have them will chime in, but since I've been researching tires left and right for the past week (about to lift my Jeep so :pepper: ), I can safely say those are good both on and off-road.

I can't wait until I finally get rid of these terrible "Integrity" rubbers. They honestly had to of known the joke they were pulling when they named them....
