Okay; so now that I'm lifted on some 30's, my factory Jack is useless... Can I use a Hi-Lift to replace my factory Jack??

That's what I did, but you could also carry a chunk of 4x4, carry a bottle jack or any number of other solutions.

yes ,but you also need some rock slider to lift your truck from the side or a steel bumper with D ring or shackle. cause Hi-lift won't reach under at your factory lifting points.
and don't even think of lifting your truck by your rear hitch, hi lift will lift your jeep but IT WILL BE VERY INSTABLE.
it need to be lift close to the wheel and one corner at the time.
or you can use the LIFT MATE with the Hi Lift jack

to lift it by the wheel.

j/w I'm kinda in the same boat with the stock jack being usless. Does it do any harm to jack it up by the tire? Guess your screwed if its a tire that needs changing correct?

No harm, it has rubberized hooks that grab the spokes of the wheel.

To use it you need to carry jack stands with you. Jack up using wheel, throw jack stand under there, and remove wheel.

I have a hi lift jack but I also have a bullbar, in saying that, it's heavy and then you need extra space to carry the jack and stands.... bottle jack sounds much easier and space saving!
