Hello I'm trying to figure out a solution for this light. So far I've tried new spark plugs swapping the coil. A new pcv valve and fixed a leak in the other pcv valve. I have a 2004 liberty 2wd 102k miles. The car is running smooth. One thing that it does though when in cruis control it will lose speed climbing up hills. The light first came on about 1 month ago and comes backon after being cleared around a week and Always right at start up. Thanks for any tips.

I have an 06 Liberty with 60k miles on it and it popped the 0302 code. Found out that means Cylinder 2 is misfiring. I changed out my spark plugs and put some fuel injector cleaner in it and the light is off now. Not sure if that could be your problem, but I thought I would throw that out there.

Might be an injector flow problem. Try running some fuel system cleaner through it. If its running smoothly it's unlikely to be an internal engine problem.
