Has anybody towed their KJ using a front reciever or something with it. Trying to figure out how to make it work. Dont have a tow bar assembly yet to see if i can weld some brackets to the reciever. Any ideas. Moab is coming quick...thanks later, mike |

while that's an interesting idea, I am not sure how legal it is. You would probably better off either building or renting a tow dolley. |

A tow bar needs to be a three point design. One point on the towing vehicle and two points on the towed vehicle. This keeps the towed vehicle in line behind you. A straight bar coming out of your front reciever would not be near as stable. |

yeah, i wasnt thinking about a straight bar from reciever to reciever, that might work for a couple miles in a jam, but not long distance. A three point system is what i meant. just wondering if anybody had both somehow hooked up. guess i'll have to look at uhaul or something. mike |
