Post subject:  Anybody have contact info. for Lostjeepsgear.com Owner?
Hi all.

I placed an order with Lostjeepsgear.com on the 17th and received an e-mail saying it would ship in two days and I would get another email with tracking information.

I have not received the e-mail or my order and I have e-mailed him twice through the site and he has not responded.

Does anybody have his contact information so I can try one last time before I claim it on Paypal so I can get my money back.

All taken care of... he did PM me and we are working it out......
I just found out that I had set junk filters at the highest setting for that email and both his emails went to junk and I never even thought about looking there - I have gotten a ton of emails and noone went to junk.... spam filter set to off for now.... :)

Just an update, Henry and I are working this out. Just some communication errors, it happens.

And just like I told Henry in my PM back to him, I'm not the complainer and moaner, I was just a little worried after that week mark hit.

This issue has been resolved completely and Henry took great care of me by rushing the order and an extra item to me to make up for the mis-communication.

Henry is a great guy to work with and his products are top notch.
