Well, when I pulled the glow plugs, number one broke off in the cylinder head, so while I am pulling the head, I am going to install the ARP Cylinder head stud kit, along with updated fuel filter head kit, the Weeks Kit stage one and two. I also picked up the Samco intercooler hose kit that will also be installed. I have already installed the carter in-tank lift pump with the Sasquatch adapter harness. I am also waiting on the Hot Diesel solutions Thermostat, then I will get the GDE tune (More then likely the ECO tune due to the cost of torque converters) . The timing belt was done before I bought it, but it only has 113,000 on the clock. Its been a learning process but thanks to this site and everyones posts I have been slowly getting there. It has been taking more time then I would like but I will finish it one day. If i am missing any mods just let me know or if there is any tips for this CRD please let me know.

It sounds like you've got the most important ones covered.
The only question that popped up while reading this, is "do you know for certain, that the timing belt was done"?
Or, more specifically, do you know the date and mileage that the timing belt was done? Because THAT is when the clock started ticking down to the next one, and that's not something a CRD owner should be "iffy" or unsure about.

Oh, 1 more thing. Since you know the glow plug tip began wandering, make sure to check the turbine wheel and housing of the turbo. Pieces may have gone in, may have gotten stuck, etc, but no matter what, nothing good could have come of it, and it could get expensive all over again.

Sounds like according to your list you are on the right track to make the Jeep reliable in the long haul. :D
Add installing a "ProVent" filter in the CCV hose to your list:> viewtopic.php?f=5&t=80491
Also, there are some free "Tunes" available for download on this forum at:> viewtopic.php?f=98&t=78418

Thank you for the advice, I got the Head off and to the shop their not too sure about getting the glow out. I hope that they do because I don't want to bite the bullet for a new $1700 head! I will add the Provent to the list. In the worst case if i have to get a new head, what head gasket would i need? I have a one hole right now...i am going to order a new but i might hold off till I find out whats going at the machine shop. Once again thank you for your advice.

If you don't have the head milled, which you should not do unless it is warped, go back with the same one hole gasket that came off. The head gaskets are steel shim type gaskets and can be reused if it is not damaged or compromised in any way.
There are clearance, performance, and engineering designed reasons and considerations as to why the factory installed different thickness head gaskets as fully covered and outlined in the Factory Service Manual. It is not a "one size fits all" design even though you can get away with installing a thicker gasket, it would lower the compression ratio slightly.
