8) Alright so I came across LOST from Jeep KJ Country and figured I'd join over here too, seems that there is more going on here then over there.

Anyway when I first joined over there I owned a 07 KJ Sport pictured here.

And then just this past friday the wife and I decided that we liked the KK's more so we traded the KJ in and are now trying to sell her car because with my company car we don't need 3 cars in the house. I love being a Jeep owner and truly believe that these things are not meant to be vehicles, but are just adult toys, I love it and it drives my wife nuts, I always find myself wanting to leave the beaten path espically when there is fresh snow.

Nice KK Wingnuts! Welcome to the forum

There's lots of good info and goodies in the KK section, the only requirement, and this is strictly enforced is that you pick on Diggerfreak :wink:

There are also midwest and IL sections where you can find out who lives close by your neck of the woods (or neck of asphaltburbia)

Hey wingnuts! Welcome to LOST! This is a great site because you can learn a lot here.

Question for you, in that pic of the KJ, is that the Metra station on Lake street & Barrington / County Farm RD? I haven't been to Hangover Park in quite some time. I grew up in Bartlett.

oddball... sorry to disapoing but the pic of the KJ is in the parking lot at Hines VA off of 290

wheeee32....you should see it in the sun, nice metalic in it and the wife talked me into the color and now that we have it I'm glad that we did, Cubbie blue!!!!!

Welcome to the zoo wingnuts. :lol: There's lots of great people here if you need any help with anything on your Jeeps. You have lots of local members in the Chicago area. Check out the Illinois LOST section. They are very active with meetings and such.

Oddball's nephew (CrossBones) is a Cubbie fan too

And so am I!

Oddballs a good fella though, more than makes up for the Dirty Sox :P

PS: I saw Cubbie Trailer hitch covers on amazon for like 10 dollars but I think I'm gonna order me one of the tailgater cubbie models that has the bottle opener :D

Thank God for you joining the forum, your cubs blue jeep may be exactly the ammo i need to convert my girlfriend into wanting a Jeep *grumbles about her wanting a CRV.. BLEH*

They're very consistant in the post season :P

just not in the good way :lol:

i've never been too much on post season baseball myself anyway, i just love the regular season, i don't think i'd be much on the post season if the Cubs actually won alot in the post, kinda like the superbowl, i don't watch it

You seem to foget 2003, we won 6 postseason games, it isn't like it has been 101 years since any post season win, we did make the WS in 1945 but lost that.

one more stat, you know that the Cubs are one of two teams in MLB that have an overall winning percentage, just cause they can't win the big one doesn't mean we don't love em

They had the best record in the NL last year and won the division the year prior and can't win one friggin' post season game?! :roll: They're not lovable losers anymore.

News flash! It's all a waste if you can't win the big prize. That's what they play for.

Boggles the mind how anyone can believe in that team. I used to ask why? Not anymore. Better you than me.
