Just got an '05 KJ CRD. 80K, but was taken ok care of. The body is straight and interior is in good condition, but needs a little tlc done to the drivetrain. A lady in KC owned it and never took it in for the F37. Just for starters I'm gonna go with GDE Hot, new TC, shift kit, Frankenlift, tires, cat-back exhaust and let the EGR fall off...lol Probably lots of other stuff too!

Just sold my 07 Ram 2500 CC with a hopped up 5.9, couldn't stand to not go to a diesel in a smaller vehicle. So far I am impressed with the KJ, lots of torque-actually surprising amounts and it fits my family's current lifestyle better.

I've found a lot of great info on here already, thank you and hello all.

Jerry

Howdy
Welcome to LOST

make sure you read up on EHM / Provent - the other stuff can wait - but the sooner you stop the oil from going into your intake - the better.

Welcome Jerry. What part of the state you from, I'm in North Platte. I'm still looking for the right Libby but have it down to two different ones if I can get the deal closed the end of the month. Lot's of great info on this site if you want to mod out your ride.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Had the Libby for two weeks now, new exhaust-cut the factory choke point behind the cat off and installed a Dynomax Super Turbo, made a nice difference with no drone! Installed a Greendiesel ECU Hot this morning, still can't believe the difference and the cruise now works!!! Jeep OEM slush mats off of eBay, EU torque converter sitting in the garage waiting for install on Sunday afternoon. Would have had the new tires on Thursday, salesman forgot to order one more... That's ok, stepping up to 245 70 16's in the Hankook ATm's, maybe tomorrow if they can fit me in. Provent and remote Amsoil dual filter mount next week. Gonna drive it next weekend down to central Texas. Will get a very accurate mileage rating then.
