Just picked up my CRD in North Carolina two weeks ago and drove it back to Texas. Awesome first day of driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway and then through the Nantahala & Cherokee National Forests on the Smokey Mountain Expressway. Love the CRD motor, lots of fun. The previous owner put a lot of money into things that I would have done myself, but am glad I don't have to do:

Old Man Emu Lift
ARB Bumper
Warn Winch
IPF Lights
Rubicon wheels
Goodyear MT/R Tires (245/75/16)

Looking forward to meeting some of the forum members in Texas and looking forward to getting to drive this thing on some more interesting terrain than the pavement that I call my daily drive.

Thanks... I really like the forum so far, it has already given me a bunch of information. I read a ton of the CRD forum posts before purchasing the Jeep, so I am definitely impressed.

Thanks. I'll actually be in Austin for work this week (I'm usually there at least once a month for work) so you may see me driving around. Need to meet some other Lone Star liberty owners.
