I have been reading here for a little while and found so many tips and helpful info, I thought I should sign up.
I'm from Western Australia and purchased my KJ liberty (Cherokee here in aus) about 8 months ago. We needed something a bit more comfortable for city driving than the bush pig nissan patrol i previously had and the kj seemed to be a good compromise.
We didn't get off to a good start with our jeep. A week after purchase the head gasket blew which turned out to have been hidden for sale and the passenger floor became flooded from rain which turned out to be a leaking vent gasket.
Now all these problems have been fixed and we have had a few little trips, no more problems and we are starting to really bond with it
Looking forward to putting a lift in (we have the extra lowered version after the roll over nonsense!) and going on a few more trips.
