I mostly use my KK as a daily driver, and snow wheeling here in NC (maybe 4 or 5 days a year of snow, heh). I just ordered the Hypertech Max Energy tuner and picked up a 4.7L throttle body at a scrap yard. Just had the fuel injection cleaned and tune-up, so once everything arrives in the mail and is installed, the KK should be moving pretty quick! I've debated on getting a new exhaust system (Gibson)...realizing that it's not really going to improve performance, but would just give it some growl. I'll be due for new tires and a new suspension in a couple years, so I'll probably put a modest lift on it (JBA 2-2.5"?) with some 31s at that time. |
