Howdy Fabien - welcome to LOST CRD Noob guide http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=54207 although a caveat - most comments/references are for the US models - I think the Oz versions were close except for the programming - but you may have to ask someone from Australia to confirm (pretty sure there's not a New Caledonia version) also a caution - I know it only has 60K miles - but you need to be looking a timing belt sooner rather than later they are also a 6 year life span. however you probably have real mechanics that know diesels down there. |

Not difficult per se, but time consuming to remove. Much Much easier to throw the whole thing in the bin and replace it with a proper Weeks stage I and II. https://shop.sasquatchparts.com/products/egr-delete-jeep-liberty-crd/ Your Jeep will thank you for the rest of it's life. |

See u soon Fabien As Gordon said, totally removing it by installing the Weeks elbow kit is excellent advice. If you do not want to go the elbow kit right now, you can always simply just disable it by blocking it off! See this thread on this forum for instructions on the "how's" to make a block off plate and install it! > viewtopic.php?f=5&t=76576 |
