Hello, my bae is Jeff. I have a red 2005 KJ and working on gradually upgrading it to be be a great off-road KJ. Joined to get some ideas, recommendations, and feed back from fellow jeepers. Currently I have an ARB front bull bar bumper and working on a lift kit and some off road tires. What are the first things you would do?

Is it a gasser or diesel?

Read the NOOB Guide before you do anything else! Lots of very good information in the NOOB Guide.

Engine type
Gass er diesel, first of all?

Probably safe to assume it's 4x4?

Miles?

How long have you had it? Maintenance history?

Any little bothersome bits or noises it's currently making?

All important things necessary to giving useful advice. Or rather, not giving useless advice.
