I have an 05 KJ Liberty that I need to get the tachometer off and use in the dash of a swap. Any ideas on how to isolate this function?

most of the cluster functions are BUS functions, so you'll either need something that can translate to a pulsed signal, or install something in-line with a coil to generate such a signal.

eMail Sir Sam on this forum, he is one of the few that I know of who has tackled putting this engine in a different vehicle and tried to make everything work.
