I just purchased a 6amp hammer drill and was hoping that it could be part of my trail kit but I was wondering if anyone knows whether the rear auxiliary power outlet will support 6amps. I already have a power inverter that should support the drill (have to double check on that too) but I don't want to blow anything by just running out and testing the drill.

The rear power outlet is fused for 20 amps, thats 240 watts DC
Your drill is 6 amps at 120v AC, 720 watts, so your inverter must be capable of greater than 720 watts and hooked up to the battery.
