Does anyone know off-hand where the Body Control Module is located?

The BCM is located on the back side of the Junction Block (fuse panel located to the left of the steering wheel). To get to it you'll need to remove the Junction Block and then unscrew the BCM from the back of it.

So did they determine that the BCM was the problem as far as your lights not working?

Thats the way it's looking. The guy I brought it to was overextended as far as work goes so he only had a little while to look at it. He gave it back to me telling me that the only things he didn't get to test in the circuit(s) was the BCM and the Hazard control switch. I dropped it off at the dealership tonight and will know for sure tomorrow.
