Get an Ipod ready aftermarket radio. easiest, cleanest sounding route in my opinion.

*my opinion is also biased as i install car audio for a living*

That would be very handy. My second stock cd player is starting to die.

If you don't want to get rid of the stock radio, there's an iPod integration kit available for it too I believe....

I'm assuming it plugs into the CD changer port and pretends to be an OEM CD changer. This is how the factory Sirius works and why the factory combo doesn't display artist/song information.

I have an ipod directly connected to the CD changer output using a package(wires and adptors were $129) I got from best buy, it connects thru the ear phone jack in the ipod , the ipod controls everything. I set my volume on the ipod to full and adjust using the wheel controls.

PS. I heard the fm modulors are no good poor signal.

I have the Mopar Ipod kit and it works nicely, but you really need the RB1 radio if you want to get the full functionality. I have the 6-disc changer and it does all right, but only lists the first 10 characters of the title, artist, CD Name, or Genre. With the RB1 Navigation radio you see the whole enchilada on a single screen. It really does a good job of controlling the iPod, though, and I have about four days worth of music in my glovebox at all times and no one can even tell it.

If you just have the cheap single-disk radio, you will be better off going aftermarket or upgrading before trying to use the iPod interface. It works, but you don't get ANY visual feedback and it is really trying to shuffle through a ton of artists.

Does the Rear Six Disc Player work with the I-Pod Integration? Or is it One or the Other?
