 Post subject: Relay identity

I am looking for info on what relays are to which acc. I found the relay panel behind the front pop down dash trim panel under the steering wheel but neither the chilton or haynes manual is of any use here or at all I sometimes believe. does anyone have a diagram of these relays and what they go to

yea that looks like it, ever since i bought the vehicle 5 months ago the fog lights have never worker and the fuses are good and the bulbs look good, so I am hoping its the relay and not the multi function switch on the column, what book or manual did that page come out of
