04676801 Gasket, Side Marker Lamp
05288931AA Socket, Side Repeater Lamp
55156010AA Wiring, Side Repeater Lamp

See if you can get a dealer to order these parts for you. Good luck installing since you'll need to make a whole if them.

I wanted to get these as well, or any type of side marker.
One side is fine, you can remove the antenna, as that is where the marker goes, but on the other side you need to drill a hole, although it might not have to be big, that will depend on the type of marker you will use. The visibility of turn signals is almost non-existent with the factory placement, and I am sure these would help a lot with the blind spot turns/lane changes. I avoided a few accidents with the help of these on other vehicles, because idiots tend to think that blinking signal will magically block the traffic and make the car next to them disappear. Anyway, although I tend to always lean and check the blind spot, it is the best way of telling other drivers.

Alternatively, you can get wireless signal indicators, that work by transmitting signals from the rear cable, and taps on the lead.
