I have my hella 500's ready to be wired, but i do not want to connect the relay wire to the driving lights(high beams). How can i still use the relay, but not hook into the driving lights?

If I understand the question correctly, the lights come with a switch and a relay, and they tell you to connect it to the high-beam wire, through the switch to the relay control line.

If you want to remove that high beam requirement, just find another 12V line to tap into. It doesn't require much current at all, since it's just clicking the relay and not actually powering the light. I'd suggest tapping into an ignition line if you want to make sure the lights turn off with the jeep, or into a cigarette lighter line if you want them to always be powered, even on battery (which is a bad idea in my opinion).
Another option is to tap into the radio power line - that will give you power when the jeep is on and when it's in "accessory", but off when the jeep is off. That gives you the benefit of lights that automatically turn off, but with the ability to force them to be on without the ignition if you really want to kill your battery.

I would personally suggest getting an add-a-circuit from your local parts store and look up in the owners manual where the radio fuse is and attach there. Probably unnecessary, but it saves having to modify factory wiring if you're not comfortable with wiring. Here's an example of what one of those looks like (but make sure you get the one that is mini-fuse:

Another option is to track down where the power wire for the radio is and use a tap splice.

Tap into the parking lights at the front bumper. That way you must have at least the park lights on to use them and you will not accidentally leave the hellas on and run the battery down.. thats what I did. :)
