Hey guys! Okay so I just installed my new cd player into myalready snazzy sound system with amp and cap and sub. I plugged all the RCAs in correctly, I checked THREE TIMES and then again today when I took it apart. When I am tuning the speakers, I select the "Front/Left" speaker and it gives me the REAR left!!! Whats the deal? It doesn't do that on the right side, and everything is connected my old deck was. Is there any thoughts on this? The deck is a new Kenwood eXcelon X889. Thanks in advance! Take it easy ya'll, ADAM |

Thanks in advance! Take it easy ya'll, ADAM DId the amp get disconnected from the speakers at any point during the install? If so, I'd recheck those wires - they are much easier to mess up than RCAs. You are using two sets of pre-outs (4 total RCA) going into two seperate amps (or into a single 4/5 channel amp)? |

At no time was the speakers disconnected from the amp, just the head unit was replaced. I'm using a 4 channel amp for the speakers so its a set of RCAs for the front and one for the rear, both of which are hooked up properly. ADAM |

The only thing I can think of is that you accidentally reversed them .. but it sounds like you already checked =/ |
