Remote radio controls

Has anyone retro fitted steering wheel audio controls to an '04 Sport?
I did this on our '04 WJ Sport (Laredo to you guys) and all I had to do was trim the holes out in the back of the steering wheel, fit the switches and fit the appropriate harness in the steering wheel.
Was wondering if I can do the same on the KJ.

Thanks, just what I needed to know. Had just checked the part numbers and realised that the clockspring would probably need changing as well.
