You'll have to go to the steering column. Trace the harness that goes to the switch and identify the wire that triggers the high beams with a multi meter. It will most-likely be a negative trigger. You might have to diode-isolate the trigger wire to prevent back-feed to the switch. If it's extremely low voltage, you'll probably need to use a transistor before the relay.
