I recently bought myself a Michelin tyre inflator ,and have been impressed with it's performance .It has a digital dislpay and you set the pressure you want and it cuts out when this is reached. It also has a button on the connector to release pressure if needed. Ideal for off roading when you reduce tyre pressure for gains in traction and then need more air when returning on paved roads.Plugs into lighter socket and has several white led lights so you can see what your doing in the dark.

Cool unit... it works well from the cigarette lighter? Sometimes these things get iffy, but the one you have appears to be a solid unit. How does it perform, how do you like it? Also, where did you buy it, and how much??

Thanks.

I'm really happy with the performance ,it works well from cigarette lighter or outlet in cargo area. Got it from Halfords motor store ,it cost £34.99 but i bet you can get it cheaper in US as we get ripped off with everything.

How long does it take to inflate the tire up to your normal operating pressure?

I've looked and these don't appear to be available in the U.S. Anybody found a supplier?

Have'nt blown a tyre tire from fully deflated to full pressure yet but it says 3 mins from flat to full in instruction book, but i'd probably say that's for smaller wheeled vehicles so i'd say 4 mins . But i've gone from 20psi to 38 psi in a couple of mins. Try amazon they might sell them.
