I just put the sebring resistor pack in my '06, it took me 20 minutes from start to finish :D

Works like a charm. :JEEPIN:

For the people in Canada it is a little pricey ($80.81 incl. HST  ) for the part at NAPA (only parts place here) but I give as little money as possible to my stealership.

NAPA part # is BR251

Threads like this is make this site an invaluable resource. Bought the part from the dealership for $24. Less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Thank you for the excellent guide.

What great posts. My blower motor worked on only setting 4 since July 18th and I also live in Wis. I trouble shot it down to the resistor, but had no idea where it was located under the dash. This is the 1st place I looked for info. Thanks.

The instructions for locating the blower resistor on my 08 Jeep Patriot were almost correct. I did not have to remove the glove box, instead I removed the cover underneath the glove box and found the resistor. It was difficult to get a regular screwdriver into position to get the two screws out but once I found a suitable tool, it was very easy. I hope this helps someone else who might otherwise spend an hour staring at the space behind their glove box searching for the blower resistor.
