Hey all. Over the last weekend some idiot appears to have taken a hammer or something to one of my stock fog lights while I was parked at a bar. Didn't do any other damage but destroyed the factory Hella lamp. I just ordered some replacements and was wondering how hard it was to remove and who else had replaced these. I have an 06 renegade and I am referring to the fogs that are mounted on the bumper from the factory. I am replacing them with Hella 500s and am mounting 4 more on the cross bar I am fabricating. Any help with removal of the stock ones and wiring of the ones on the light bar would be much appreciated. I don't have the factory light bar. Thanks. |

To take it off all you do is unscrew it right behind the housing. Pop the hood and take off the grill to unhook the connection. That's what I did when I was trying to figure out how to install my hella 500's. |

Thanks. I was thinking that was what I would need to do but wanted to check with someone who had done it first. |
