| Post subject: | Head Light Relay- Which one is it? |
Just installing my Light Force Driving lights. Anyone tell me which relay is for the head-lights? Looked in the manual and says nothing about particulars, Only where the relay box is. Front of the battery. In particular, I'm looking for the power wire to the high -beam. Any one got a picture of it (Wire and/or relay) Another question, Does the 07 KJ use the negative circuit to activate the high beams? |

On my 06 the hot for the drivers side high beam is the green W/ brown stripe, on the passenger side it was orange w/ red. I don't advise using the circuit to power the lights, that circuit was only designed to handle 65w per side. The most I recommend using that circuit for is as a sense wire for the relay to activate the fog lights, using a fused line straight off the battery as the power source. |

Yeah, That's exactly the reason I'm trying to identify it, as a sensing wire for the relay. |

ok, should be green w/ brown stripe on drivers side, on my headlight bulb holder is a grey piece of plastic, above the low beam wire it says RED, above the High beam it is either 6 or 8, but definitely not a word, middle wire is ground/negative |

You can see the back of the head-light plug? I unplug mine and it is only long enough for me to view the face (Where the globe plugs in. ie 3 slots). I can see the wire colors ,though. |

I have an '07 as well, i have enough wire to look at it, it is definitely the green wire on driver side, and orange on passenger, here is a picture of the driver side.
