Hey all, does anyone know if the stock steering wheel controls and an after market head unit are compatable? My current HU is the RB1 which is made by Alpine for DC i'm pretty sure. If not compatible, I wonder if another aftermarket Alpine HU would work. On that note, I heard that Chrystler high end GPS will play MP3's. Why the hell won't the one for Jeeps? |

I use the PAC-X with my Clarion MP3 head unit and it works great, but it is only for units with IR recievers (ie, IR remotes control.) I have the ir transmitter mounted in the overhead conole. http://www.cardomain.com/item/PACSWIX I don't know the difference between this one and the one PESWIV mentioned above. |
