Trying to figure out how to utilize the OEM Fog Lights that were on my Renegade bumper onto my new Rock Lizard bumper.

Here is what the OEM replacements look like outside the bumper fascia protection. I don't know the dimensions.

Could you take it to a trailer shop, some place that sells a lot of light accessories, and see if you could pick up a rubber grommet that fits them? Drill holes into the flat lower spots on the bumper, like the ARB locations, and install. I'm not sure mounting them on top of the bumper would look normal if you found a housing to fit them. They might look good right on the sides of the winch, in the little space between the winch and the turn signal sections of the bumper though.

or you could sell those and upgrade to the renny fogs that will look quite good if I do say so myself.
