Hey guys,

I am going to install my Kenwood KDC-HD942U receiver with iPod High Speed USB Direct Cable (KCA-iP101), 12" Alpine Type-R subwoofer with Bassworx 12" Single Ported Subwoofer Enclosure, Alpine MRP-M500 V-Power Mono Amplifier, and Rockford Fosgate 4-Gauge Amplifier Kit with Interconnect (RFK4X). I was wondering what was the best way to route the 4-Gauge power cable from the engine bay to the trunk. Also, where is the best place to route the iPod cable to store the iPod (glovebox, center compartment, etc.)?

Here is how I route mine. There is a nice big boot in the fire wall that you can cut a little slice in. Just watch that you do not cut any of the other 500 wires going through the same boot.
