we got a couple guys on the forum that used to sell, or still do sell audio equipment - i'm spacing out on who those fellas are at the moment but they'll find ya soon enough

good luck understanding anything they say

they all sound like mad scientists to me :P

if ya change the topic to need a little help with audio amps they'll probably find ya faster

to be completly honest...you really only want one 12"...i had a fair amount of subwoofer knowledge..in my range rover I had 2 Audio Que Street Duty subs which are probably the loudest subs I have heard...then I got 2 Alpine R 12", those were pretty good too, transfered them to the liberty after I sold the Range Rover, and it was too much for how small the inside is. i got a new box and am down to one Alpine Type R 12"

IMO, go for the MTX, if you want 2 subs, take 2 10"s, you dont want 2 12"s, to slow at hitting good sounds and thats too loud for the liberty, will rattle the heck out of the rear glass.

make sure you get a mono tone amp, anything around 500 is good for one sub, then you want about 800-1000 for 2 subs...HIFONICS make good reliable ones, same with Alpine...also, before you buy, make sure you look at the OHMS on them 2 or 4...it will help with the wiring process :)
