Well I am looking at where to mount lights on the KJ when I get it next week. I think I will order some cheaplights till I cann save up enough for the 6 Hella Rally 5000 HID's that I want at $900 each. I want to mount 2 in front of the grill, 2 on the roof facing forward and 2 on the rear facing to the rear. I want flood lighting and not pencile beams ans this willbe my tow vehicle for the race car. I want a bar for the top so that the lights can be rotated down as the KJ is rather tall and making it taller will not help it getting into the parking garages here. I will custom make all the harnesses and relay blocks at my friends shop. The harnesses willbe made for the HElla Rally lights so it will be a plug and play later on. So what are your ideas?

The easiest cheapest thing I've seen for the roof is FreedomKJ's. If I remember right he got small angle iron and u-bolted it between the roof rails then mounted his lights. For the grill, you can drill into the top of the bumper. Someone had pictures and measurements. Try searching the fabrication section. I think that's where I saw them.
