the speaker wires are behind the radio if you have the standard system.. You can even get a "forward" and "reverse" harness that will allow you to pre wire and run to the amp so no need to run wires into doors. If this isn't clicking, I highly recommend paying a shop to do it for you.

Yeah, you don't need to run new wires unless you never had speakers there in the first place. Just use the factory wires already there.

you have to put in new speaker wire to the amp, im not going to put 120 watts RMS threw the factory wire,
i just wanted an idea of how to run it threw the door to the inside of the jeep

you're putting amped speakers into the door? If you're not going to use the old speaker wires I would use those to pull the new ones through the door if you're able. I've never really looked at them but I know they go through that flexible tube that goes from the door frame to the door. I'm not sure how tight an opening that is, but if you tape the new wires to the old you might be able to pull them through.

Not hard at all, just pull the boot that runs through the door while you have the speakers out and run them through and the most you will have to collapse one of the plug walls. Very easy to do.
