Not sure if this is the correct spot to post... but here goes.

'07 Liberty..

the fan blower motors knob seems to be not working correcly. 1-2-3 all blow the same, hardly at all. while '4' blows normal, as in HIGH like it should. with this being a very hot week in WI, i'm trying to work on getting this fixed. 4 is sometimes too much, not only cold but kinda loud if youre' trying to hold a conversation, but with 1-2-3 barely blowing at all, it needs to be on 4 all the time or i'll roast!!

if i switch between Heat, Vents, Defrost, etc... fan control remains the same. both with the AC switch on/off. so i'm sure it has to do with the fan controls themselves, and is probably not caused by anything else.

before i tear this apart looking for dirty contacts on the fan knob, is there anything i should know about? common problems? or etc...

Thanks in advance.

Kurt
