The fog lights in my bumper are real dim. The factory fog light are as they should be. Both are hooked together. Bad ground on the bumper ones?

What do you mean, "hooked together"?

Sorry about that. The bumper fog lights are wired into the factory fog lights wiring. That way all 4 come on at once.

Thats what I thought you meant.

Are these new lights? Or have they grown dim over time?

They really shouldn't be daisy chained like that.
The factory wiring isn't thick enough to power that many lights.

What kind of Aux lights are you using? (Brand, Wattage)

The ideal way to set it up is with a relay.
All you would need to do is add another 12v power wire and another ground.
Then you can tap into the trucks existing wiring to send a trigger to the relay.

I'm not sure how knowledgeable you are in this particular kind of wiring (I wasn't at first and now I am very confident in everything I do)
But, this is how I have mine wired.

Well, lets see now, the bumper must be about 3 or 4 years old. The lights have been that way since day one of the bumper. I hate to admit this but what I thought was dim light was actually a reflection from the factory lights! Off of my white "T" shirt! So they are not working at all. I'll have to see if I can trace the wires back. It will take a long time to do that. When I get under the Jeep on my back and look up I get sick. I can do about 1 minute at a time with 2 in between! I'll find it though.

I know the way to hook them up correctly, but I have been doing this long before there was such a thing as relays for every little thing in a car. It works and it does not over load the circuit.
