Post subject:  Cheap lights

I just bought a light bar, but with no lights for my KJ, I am wondering what are some cheap lights to throw on, I don't ever see myself ever needing the extra lights. I do however want the look.
A local tool/automotive place has just basic round 4 inch lights that kinda look like from the front of a libby, 4 for 20$ I'm thinking about getting them, they are semi-bright as I have them on my/parents plow truck for reverse lights.

Any better ideas? I don't want to spend more then $100.

OH also, I picked up 7 lights to fit in between the bars of my grill, anyone know if I can connect all 7 to one wire and run it to the fuse box that way or will it make one side brighter then the other?

Don't have any comments about cheap lights.

But connecting 7 lights up to one wire should not create any brightness issues as long as the wire you use is big enough and all of your connections are good. The gauge of wire you need to use, of course, will depend on the power drawn by the lights, but bigger is better. For connections, I would prefer to not cut the wire between lights. For example, if I needed one half inch of stripped wire for the connector, using a knife I would just strip an inch of insulation off the wire where I needed to make the connection and fold the bare part in half, creating the half inch needed for the connection and also having the wire to continue to the next lamp. That way the only added resistance comes from the length of wire used in the connection and not from connection itself. Also, I like to use solder when joining wires to terminals, since I nave never had good luck with crimping.

Do you have any pictures of those lights?

Also you can get Hella 500's for around $100
