Before ordering my radio, should I look for one with a Front USB input, or is there a place where I can easily locate the end of a rear USB input?

In my 02 I had an alpine in there and the usb was in the rear. I routed my ipod cable through the back to the glove box. It was actually super easy.

That's where they route it from the factory in the KKs. I'm not sure if this will work in a KJ or not, but in a KK it would be relativity simple to route it into the center counsel.

I just installed one in my '05 that was very easily routed through to the glove box - highly recommend it! I found a great receiver that has a usb on the front and the back, so I can have my ipod hidden in the glove box and charge my phone in the front (or hook up the bluetooth interface).

Not sure about the center console. In my tj I have it routed under the center console and have my ipod hidden under the e-brake. All I did was pull up on it a little bit and tucked it up under it. Cable is perfectly hidden.
