Im looking for a new head unit to replace the OEM. Needs to be compatible with the steering controls (with a harness ofcorse)

Does not have to be the top of the line or brand spanking new models, but preferably have usb input and maybe bluetooth.

Not familiar with them. Are they a US based shop?

Go to Crutchfield for comprehensive options. You will need the head unit and a steering wheel control interface. I've tried Mopar, PAC, and Axxess (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ex2zRctDzK ... s-ASWC.htm) interfaces and the only one I can honestly recommend is the Axxess. The Mopar one (not available any more as I recall) was really funky about how the controls would or would not work and did not talk well between the iPod and the RBQ factory head unit. The PAC interface was a bear to program and kept "forgetting" what steering wheel control was supposed to do what. The Axxess unit does not need to be programmed, just wire it and forget it although IIRC you can do some custom programming if you wish (I would not recommend it), but the instructions on install could have been clearer. I can provide edited ones if you drop me an email.
