Post subject:  Sirius Radio module update?

When we purchased the Jeep it apparently had a "trial" Sirius subscription. When that finally expired, we purchased a "lifetime" subscription, as we are planning to keep the heap for a long time.

So, over the last few days I have been trying to listen to a "new" Sirius station. It is station 143, but the radio jumps from station 140 to 150. Nothing in between these two (there are other holes as well, but I never cared).

When I contacted listener support, they said I just needed to do a refresh and it would fix it. So, two refreshes later, the station is still not available. So I contacted listener support again and was told I needed to contact "technical" listener support.

Well, they had me skip around across the various stations and told me that the problem was because the radio was old, and the stations I was trying to access were just added in the last year or so. (Really? Like they didn't suspect that when they made a radio that receives a station 140 and a station 150 that there would ever be a station 141, or a station 142 or...?)

Anyway, the guy told me that the solution would be to take it to the dealership and have them replace or update the Sirius module in the radio. The dealer was closed when I got off the phone so I haven't been able to call, but has anybody heard of getting the Sirius module updated?
