darn you guys with your EVIC's

If I wanted the EVIC, is going to the dealer the best route? I imagine its pretty expensive. Also is the wiring already there?
I hardly ever see these on ebay, and If I do its older ones that dont work with all the function, I'm pretty sure I need a 2004 and newer, and I also would need one with sunroof control which makes it even harder to find.
We have a 2006 CRD if it matters.
